Terms of Service

1. The Service

AI Data Inspector ("the Service") provides a browser-based tool for analyzing ChatGPT and Claude conversation exports. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Your data

The Service processes your files entirely in your browser. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to analyze and for ensuring you are permitted to use and export that content. We do not store, transmit or claim ownership of your data.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process content you do not have the right to process, or in any way that violates applicable law. The Service is intended for personal and legitimate business analysis of your own AI chat history.

4. No warranties

• The Service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Parsing results depend on the structure of the files you provide; files from unsupported or modified export formats may not parse correctly.
• Token counts and cost estimates are approximations, not precise tokenizer output.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the UtilityBox team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data. You use the Service at your own risk.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's interface and tooling are our property. Exports you generate from your own files remain yours. "ChatGPT", "Claude" and "Apple" are trademarks of their respective owners; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
