What to include in your message

To get a fast, useful reply, include a few details when you write:

• Which tool you were using (Token Counter, JSON Formatter, Schema Validator, and so on) and the page URL.
• What you expected versus what actually happened, including any error message or input that reproduces the problem.
• Your browser and device if the issue seems related to layout or performance — our tools run entirely client-side, so browser version matters.
• The feature you want and the workflow it would help with. Specific use cases are far easier to act on than general suggestions.

Bug reports and feature requests

If you found a bug — a counter that gives a wrong estimate, a validator that rejects valid JSON, a layout that breaks on mobile — send it over with steps to reproduce. For feature requests, tell us what you are trying to accomplish and which tool it belongs in. We review every message and prioritize fixes that affect accuracy.
